Anse de Lauberlac'h

Anse de Lauberlac'h is a sheltered anchorage tucked into the Plougastel Peninsula on the Brest roadstead, where you can drop anchor in thick mud at around 10 metres — it holds exceptionally well. The bay feels genuinely calm here, especially when winds are running west through northeast, making it a go-to spot to sit out changeable Breton weather. If you fancy stretching your legs, the peninsula's trails are well worth exploring on foot.
