For Guests
How do I book a boat?
Browse boats by location, date, and number of guests. Select your preferred boat, choose your dates, and complete the booking. You'll receive a confirmation email with all the details.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel within 24 hours of booking and the charter price comes back, less the card processing charged when you paid — that is taken by the payment processor and is not returned to us. The €45 service fee is not refunded. After 24 hours the operator's own cancellation policy applies, and card processing is deducted from whatever it refunds. You'll find each boat's policy on its page and at checkout before you book. If the operator cancels, you get everything back — the service fee included, and nothing deducted. Do I need a boating license?
Requirements vary by location and boat type. Many charters include a captain. If you plan to operate the boat yourself, check local regulations and the boat listing for specific requirements.
How do payments work?
We use Stripe for secure payments. Your card is charged when the booking is confirmed. Funds are held securely and released to the boat owner after your charter starts.

How do I list my boat?
Sign up for an account, then click "List Your Boat" to start our 6-step wizard. You'll add boat details, photos, pricing, and amenities. Once published, your boat will be visible to guests.
How does calendar sync work?
MMK Booking Manager and Nausys sync natively; import calendars from any iCal platform (Click&Boat, GetMyBoat, Boatsetter, SamBoat, Google Calendar, Apple Calendar) via iCal URLs. We also provide an export URL for other platforms to subscribe to. This keeps all your bookings in sync automatically.
What are the fees?
Listing is free. Guests pay a flat €45 service fee per booking, and operators pay a commission on the charter price, settled at payout — no upfront costs. Are you an agency or affiliate? Reach out to us for more details.
When do I get paid?
Payments for MMK/Nausys bookings respect the operator's terms. Payments for direct boats are released 24 hours after the charter begins. Funds are transferred to your connected account. Set up payouts in Dashboard > Settings > Payments.
