Anse du Colombier

Anse du Colombier is one of St. Barths' top-rated anchorages, tucked into a strikingly beautiful bay on the island's northwestern tip that you can only reach by sea. The holding is solid and swell is minimal despite the steady trade winds, and mooring buoys are available — get here early or you'll be anchoring further out. With no road access, it draws a fraction of the crowds you'd find elsewhere on the island, giving it a genuinely unspoiled feel.
