Cala de Fora

Cala de Fora is a tucked-away bay just outside Alghero with crystal-clear water and a relaxed dual setup — you can grab a sun lounger and umbrella on the equipped stretch, or spread out on the free beach if you'd rather keep things simple. The sea here has that vivid turquoise quality Sardinia is known for, with a clean sandy bottom that makes it hard to leave. It's close enough to Alghero's old town that you can easily head in for an evening meal or a wander through the Catalan-influenced historic centre.
