Cala di l'Avena

Cala di l'Avena is a small, sheltered sandy cove on the southern coast of Corsica where you drop anchor and enjoy remarkably clear, fish-filled waters right at the shoreline. Parking is limited, which keeps the crowds down even in August — a rare thing along this coast. The surrounding area links into some great coastal hiking trails toward Tizzano and beyond.
