Calanque de Port-Miou
Port-Miou is the closest calanque to the town of Cassis, cutting deep into the limestone cliffs in a long, narrow finger that makes it one of the most dramatic anchorages in the Calanques National Park. You drop the hook in striking turquoise water surrounded by sheer white rock walls — it feels like sailing into a secret. It's the most accessible of Cassis's three major calanques, so expect company, but the scenery more than justifies it.
