Golfo di Genito

Drop anchor in Golfo di Genito off the volcanic islet of Vivara, a nature reserve tucked between Procida and the Gulf of Naples. Vivara is a crescent-shaped ridge of an ancient crater, and it's home to rare plant species and migratory birds that rarely see much human traffic. The sense of untouched wildness here is real — this is about as far from a crowded marina as you can get while still being close to one of Italy's most storied coastlines.
