Göteborgs Fiskehamn

Drop anchor here at Gothenburg's historic fishing harbour, which has been the city's main fish landing site since 1910 on the southern bank of the Göta älv. Sweden's largest fish auction has operated on this same spot for over a century, and fishing boats still arrive with fresh catches that are processed and traded right here. There's a raw, working-harbour energy to the place that you won't find anywhere else in the city, and it's one of the rare spots where Gothenburg genuinely meets the water.
