Lochboisdale Harbour

Tucked into South Uist on the Outer Hebrides, Lochboisdale Harbour gives you 52 berth pontoons alongside 80m of quayside and a 10m slipway, with water, power, showers, and Wi-Fi all on hand. It's a proper working ferry port, so the lights and buoyage are clear and well-maintained — you're not navigating on a wing and a prayer. South Uist itself is wild and largely roadless on its Atlantic side, with white-sand beaches, machair grassland, and good birdwatching within easy reach.
