Tucked into the protected waters of Great Kills Harbor on Staten Island, Mansion Marina is a well-equipped full-service facility with 217 slips accommodating vessels up to 65 feet. You'll find transient slips available alongside yard services, and the marina runs extended hours from April through October (7am–7pm), with 24-hour emergency repairs on call year-round. It's a solid base on the often-overlooked southern shore of Staten Island, well away from the bustle of the upper harbor.
