Port du Hable
Port du Hâble is the main fishing harbour on the rugged Pointe de la Hague, tucked into the village of Omonville-la-Rogue on Normandy's Cotentin coast. You anchor off here and soak up a genuinely working fishing village atmosphere that hasn't been polished for tourism. The surrounding waters are renowned for diving, with rich marine flora and fauna just below the surface, and the dramatic headland scenery makes it one of the most striking anchorages on this stretch of the Channel.
