South Wall Intake

You anchor off here at the Great South Wall, one of Dublin's most striking maritime structures — a long finger of stone stretching nearly 2km out into Dublin Bay, capped by the iconic red Poolbeg Lighthouse. It's a dramatic, exposed spot with the city skyline behind you and open sea ahead, and you can dinghy ashore to walk the wall out to the lighthouse if conditions allow.
