This Dominican church dedicated to St. Catherine of Alexandria sits right opposite the Silver Gate of Diocletian's Palace, making it one of the most historically layered spots in the old town. The baroque architecture and quietly contemplative interior offer a real contrast to the bustle just outside. It's also known locally as 'Sv. Dominik', so don't be confused if you see it referenced either way.
