Kazalište Marina Držića

Kazalište Marina Držića is Dubrovnik's main theatre, named after the celebrated 16th-century Croatian playwright Marin Držić, whose comedies and dramas are still performed here alongside contemporary works. You'll find it right in the Old City, making it one of the most atmospheric venues in the Adriatic — performances inside these historic walls hit differently than anywhere else. Tickets are available at the box office Monday through Friday, 12–17h, or online through the Dubrovnik Festival site.
