Tucked inside Dalt Vila, Ibiza's UNESCO-listed old town, this church has a seriously long history — construction began in 1592 and took over a century to finish. Inside you'll find a single nave stretching 31 metres with five side chapels on each side, making it more substantial than it looks from the outside. It's still very much in active use, with daily mass held in the evenings, and the doors are open most of the day if you want to just pop in and have a look around.
