══════════════════════════════════════════════════ BOOKING TERMS ══════════════════════════════════════════════════ CONTRACT This booking confirmation is binding upon issuance and is valid without signature. PAYMENT & DEPARTURE 50% of the agreed price is due upon confirmation, the remaining 50% no later than 30 days before the service date. For bookings made less than 30 days before the service date, the full price is due immediately upon confirmation. The payment dates stated above are binding. Departure and access to the vessel are scheduled once all amounts due, including APA and security deposit, have been received. CHANGES & CANCELLATION Rebooking to another date may be arranged subject to availability and prior agreement. In case of cancellation, 50% of the agreed price is due up to 30 days before the service date and 100% thereafter; amounts already paid are credited. Details in Annex B. OPERATING COSTS (APA) & SECURITY DEPOSIT The APA covers variable operating costs (fuel, mooring, provisions, etc.) and is settled on the basis of actual consumption; any excess is payable by the customer, any unused balance is refunded. APA and the security deposit are payable at the latest upon boarding. The deposit is refunded after handover, or offset against outstanding amounts; amounts exceeding the deposit are settled separately. GUESTS Max. 8 guests overnight, up to 12 in day operation; any surcharge as agreed in writing. Day operation: courtesy cabin only; overnight: full cabin access. Guests are notified to Phaer in advance. BERTHS & PORTS Berths and ports are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed; during peak season and major events the crew adjusts route and berths according to availability. SAFETY & CAPTAIN The captain's decisions on route, departure and safety are final. Adjustments made for weather or safety reasons form part of the service and are not subject to compensation. ON BOARD No smoking, no drugs, no pets. TERMS The Terms & Conditions of Phaer AG including Annexes A–D, in the version in force at the time of booking, form an integral part of this contract and are available at www.angeloblu.ch. The summary above is for convenience and does not limit them. At check-in, a Maritime Agreement may additionally be presented for signature. English prevails.
