Megas Lakos

Megas Lakos is a beach anchorage on the western side of the Paliki peninsula, tucked between the Gulf of Argostoli to the south and the stunning Gulf of Myrtos to the north. You drop anchor off a quiet stretch of coast that sees far fewer boats than Kefalonia's more famous spots. The rugged Paliki hillside backdrop gives it a raw, unhurried feel that's hard to find elsewhere on the island.
