Uvala Pržina

Uvala Pržina is a south-facing bay near Lumbarda that catches the sun all day and stays sheltered from the northern winds, making it one of the more reliably calm anchorages on this side of Korčula. You drop the hook here and swim ashore to reach Vela Pržina, the island's largest sandy beach — a rarity in these parts where gravel and rock dominate. It's the kind of spot that earns its reputation fast, with shallow, warm water and a relaxed crowd compared to the busier town beaches.
